I've reviewed the highend forum rules and found nothing forbidding such a trade.

Hello, I've recently become somewhat inactive and am seeking to turn ownership of this guild over to another more active user that can devote time into building it into a great guild. I've invested a lot of money and time into it, so I'm trying to get a portion of that back.
